The opening ceremony is planned for 8.30 this Monday. It will coincide with a protest around the Legislature to demand that the project that enables the ‘privatization’ of the properties of Costa Salguero and Punta Carrasco.

Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, who had already been diagnosed positive for coronavirus less than 60 days ago, traveled to Brazil last week with one of his daughters.
