The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, promised the inhabitants of the European part of Russia a warmer at the end of next week. RIA Novosti reports.
“Temperature rise, there are different calculations: from zero to minus 5 degrees. The thermometer will tend to zero at the end of the week, ”he said.
Earlier, Vilfand warned the Russians about the abnormal cold weather that will be observed in the country in the next five days. The coldest day will be Tuesday, February 23rd. According to the forecaster, the cold will cover the territory of Russia from the western borders and in fact to the Pacific coast.
