Russia has set the size of the subsistence minimum for 2022

From January 1, 2022, a new cost of living will be established in Russia. Relevant government decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The living wage for able-bodied citizens will be 13,026 rubles. Compared to 2021, it will increase by 324 rubles. In general, the value of the all-Russian subsistence minimum per capita will be 11,950 rubles, for pensioners – 10,277 rubles, children – 11,592 rubles.

Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin called the amount of assistance to single Russians raising children between the ages of 8 and 17. According to him, the Russian government will allocate more than 36 billion rubles for benefits.
