Earlier it became known that for labor migrants, as well as foreigners who arrived in Russia for more than 90 days, they will introduce compulsory fingerprinting. The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that this law also provides for monitoring compliance with the requirements for the examination in the Russian language, the history of Russia, the basics of legislation, and for the issuance of a corresponding certificate to foreign citizens.

In July it became known that the Ministry of Internal Affairs will expel and prohibit entry into Russia for migrants participating in mass fights. If they do not leave the territory on their own, measures will be taken to deport them, ”the department said.
