With the increase in the minimum wage proposed for 2022 and sent to Congress this week, the salary bonus for the Social Integration Program (PIS) / Civil Servant Heritage Formation Program (Pasep) also increases. The federal government proposed a minimum wage of R$1,069 next year. This value can still be readjusted because the calculation considered has a parameter lagged with inflation.
The correction of the minimum wage is based on the National Consumer Price Index (INPC). The economic team considered that the indicator will be 6.20%, which would increase the salary from R$1,100 to R$1,169.

The salary bonus is paid to those who had a formal contract for at least one month in the previous base year in the amount of one minimum wage.
To consult the allowance, you must enter this site with the Social Identification Number (NIS) or Worker Registration Number (NIT) in hand. The number is on the work card, on the citizen card and on the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) portal.
PIS integrates the private sector employee with company development. Payment of PIS is the responsibility of Caixa.
At Pasep, the union, states, municipalities, the Federal District and territories contribute to the fund for public sector employees. Payment of PASEP is made by Banco do Brasil.
