On the territory of the industrial zone in Voronezh, a fire broke out on an area of 500 sq. m. This was announced on Tuesday, October 26, at the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the region.
The incident occurred earlier that day at 11 Krivoshein Street.
According to the head of the press service of the department, Sergei Khrenov, construction pallets caught fire. They are stored in an open area. At present, they are intensively burning, extinguishing is complicated by a malfunction of water sources in the warehouse. The city administration has allocated watering machines for the supply of water.
More than 70 people and 18 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing.
