The drawing took place on October 27, two one-room apartments participated in it. The broadcast was carried out on the air of the TV channel “Moscow 24“.
Galina Arkadyevna and Artem Igorevich received the prize among more than 138 thousand people who supplied the first component of the vaccine or who underwent revaccination in the period from 18 to 24 October.
Further, the draws will be held every Wednesday for five weeks. To participate, you must receive the first component of the COVID-19 vaccine or undergo revaccination (with a single-component vaccine or the first component of a vaccine). The promotion applies to Russians over 18 years old with a Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy, who at the vaccination point agreed to participate in the drawing.

On October 14, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that among the citizens who will be vaccinated there will be a raffle for 10 apartments. Similar actions among the vaccinated residents of the capital were held earlier. For example, in the period from June 14 to July 11, Muscovites who received the first component of the vaccine for the first time had the opportunity to participate in the car raffle.
On October 25, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, announced that mandatory vaccination against coronavirus for certain groups of the population had already been introduced in 84 regions of Russia.
On October 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about the right of the country’s regions to legislate compulsory vaccination against coronavirus for certain categories of citizens. At the same time, he stressed that he himself is not an adherent of compulsory vaccination.
Against the background of a worsening epidemiological situation, the Russian authorities are urging citizens to get vaccinated in order to protect their health and take care of their loved ones. A large-scale vaccination campaign continues in the country. Citizens are vaccinated for free. Five vaccines against coronavirus have been registered in Russia: Sputnik V, which became the first vaccine against COVID-19 in the Russian Federation and the world, as well as Sputnik Light, EpiVacCorona, EpiVacCorona-N and KoviVak.
