“Communication is very difficult. Internet does not work. Today he called and said that on the 1st, the police came, took the documents and no one else showed up. They live on the ship. They feed. So far, everything is fine, the mood is great, because they don’t know anything. They are waiting, ”she said.
The wife said that Akademik Ioffe went to sea on October 30, and on November 1 he was detained. She added that she knew in general terms the reason.
“Well, this is due to the fact that the ship carried tourists before, and was chartered by a Canadian company. And there is some sort of showdown. And they don’t understand. They were told – the flight, they packed up and drove off, ”she said.
