Automobile journalist Ilya Pimenov listed seven fines that traffic police officers can issue to a driver when driving outside the city, he quoted his words on Saturday, May 29, “Federal news agency“.

The first fine of 500 rubles is issued for being near the car without a reflective vest at night outside the city. Also, the driver may be charged 1 thousand rubles for sticking out his legs during the trip.

For the absence of the sign “bulky cargo” can be fined 500 rubles or issued a warning. They can also charge 500 rubles for transporting a cat or dog on a passenger’s lap. Transportation of children without a special chair is subject to a fine of 3 thousand rubles.

Collection is also imposed in case of non-compliance of the first-aid kit with the requirements of the Ministry of Health. Starting this year, it should contain at least two packs of sterile wipes, two medical masks, two pairs of medical gloves, and two rolls of adhesive plaster of 500 cm each.

Rosprirodnadzor provides for a fine of 1,000 to 2,000 rubles for washing a car with shampoo or other auto chemicals at a summer cottage.

In March, it was reported that in the capital this year, the most common violation of traffic rules among taxis was crossing a solid line marking. At the same time, in January 44% of taxi cars did not receive a single fine for traffic violations.
