More than 35 million rubles will be allocated to illuminate two streets in Nizhnevartovsk

In Nizhnevartovsk (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra), it is planned to carry out lighting on two streets by October. This is reported by the city administration.

The works will take place on Dekabristov Street and 2P-2 Street. In total, the contractor will install 100 lighting poles on 2.5 km of sections, writes Muksun.fm

The cost of works on 2P-2 street will be 29 million rubles, and on Dekabristov – 7 million rubles.

According to the head of the construction department Viktor Sitnikov, this road is used by summer residents, employees of transport companies and residents of remote villages. Lighting will create a safe environment for the movement of citizens.

Earlier in June, the prosecutor’s office of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug reported on the results of an inspection of the poorly built Unyugan-Kommunistichesky road, on which they spent 5 billion rubles. As the senior assistant to the regional prosecutor Natalya Polikarpova told Izvestia, defects were revealed in certain areas based on the results of the commission examination. In addition, as part of the verification, rock samples were taken, which are currently being examined. She emphasized that defects on the road were repeatedly recorded earlier, but timely measures were not taken.
