Mascherine, in the US towards new recommendations on use

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCs) are preparing to change the recommendations on the use of masks to advise certain groups of vaccinated people to wear them when they are indoors. This was confirmed by the spokesman of the White House, Ken Psaki. “The president was briefed this morning by Dr Anthony Fauci,” he said.

Psaki has not revealed in detail what the recommendations of the CDC will be, postponing to their next announcement. The new indications follow the increase in cases across the country, where infections have tripled in the past two weeks due to the spread of the Delta variant. “We are still in the midst of a pandemic intent on fighting an ever-evolving virus,” Psaki commented.
