The 18-year-old American showed the best result in individual all-around at the Tokyo Games. Before winning the Olympic gold, Lee had 250,000 subscribers. The victory brought her hundreds of thousands of new subscribers in a matter of hours.
Brazilian Rebeca Andrade won silver in individual all-around. The third place was won by Angelina Melnikova, representing Russia.
Also on account of Lee is a silver medal in the team competition. In 2019, the American won bronze, silver and gold at the World Championships.
