Veteran Argentine striker, Lionel Messi, missed Paris Saint-Germain training yesterday, in preparation for the match against Lille, the defending champion, in the French Ligue 1 today.
French striker Kylian Mbappe was also absent from Saint-Germain’s training, and the French newspaper L’Equipe said that the cause was an infection related to the respiratory system and ears.
Saint-Germain leads the French league standings with 28 points from 11 matches.
