He clarified that the residents of the central part of Russia are warmly awaiting. During the day, the air temperature will reach 11-13 degrees, at night it will also be quite high – about 7-8 degrees above zero. Forecasters also predict rain. “Very warm, cloudy, windy weather,” concluded the head of the Hydrometeorological Center.
According to Wilfand, the previous maximum value for this day was recorded in 1938. Then the temperature reached 12.9 degrees.
Earlier, Muscovites were warned of heavy fog on the night of November 5. According to experts of the Moscow city economy complex, in some places the visibility will not exceed 200-500 meters.
