Tottenham beats Norwich at home and rises to 5th place in the Premier League – ISTOÉ MONEY

LONDON (Reuters) – An early goal scored by Lucas Moura and two more by Davinson Sánchez and Son Heung-min after the break ensured Tottenham Hotspur’s third straight Premier League victory 3-0 over Norwich City in this Sunday, playing at home.

The victory took Spurs to fifth place with 25 points from 14 games, 10 points behind the leader of the table but with a game in hand, in yet another demonstration that new coach Antonio Conte is impacting the team.

Lucas Moura gave the hosts the advantage in the 10th minute, with a shot from outside the area, whose finish was as beautiful as the preparatory play for the goal.

Sánchez hit a ball at point-blank range 22 in the second half to extend the score and put an end to Norwich’s hopes, which had been threatening the opponent’s goal.

Ten minutes later, Son held the defense to get himself in a legal position, receiving and shooting, with no chance for Tim Krul.
