Lawyer Gerald Roethof is trying through summary proceedings to stop a scientific publication about the lawsuit against Jos Brech, the man who abused 11-year-old Nicky Verstappen, resulting in death. This is reported by De Limburger. It concerns a study by, among others, professor of legal psychology Peter van Koppen. The results were to be published in book form on Saturday.
